Our Topic:

Burnout and exhaustion are spreading like a contagious disease these days. Sleep disorders and depressive moods accompany this state of chronic weakness.

At the same time, many people feel more sensitive to noise, cell phones, Wi-Fi, as well as other stimuli and sense impressions.

What are the reasons for this new pandemic? How can we prevent and treat it?

  • Adam Blanning will share content from his upcoming article in Merkurstab “A Brittle Fatigue in the Middle: Reclaiming Our Heart Space”. exploring how we can work with feelings of blurring and hardening in our rhythmic system.
  • Karin Michael will share insights about how the classic anthroposophic medicine, Hepatodoron, strengthens liver function. The liver is one of our most vital organs and plays an important role in detoxification. Let us observe why this remedy is made for the needs of our time!

We are looking forward to your questions and a lively exchange. The meeting will finish after about 90 minutes. Presentation and discussions will be in English.
The session will not be recorded.

We warmly invite you and look forward to your active participation!
