Foundation Course Rhythmical Einreibungen (RE) Part 2–
the Rhythmical Application of oils.
An Anthroposophic Nursing Gesture that enlivens, warms and nurtures the whole human being through the application of touch and therapeutic oils.

RE Part 2 for Nurses, Massage Therapists, Health Care Professionals, Parents and Caregivers.Pre-requisite for this course is RE Part 1.
Students will be introduced to the theory of rhythmical and life processes through instruction and practice and will learn:
- Rhythmical Einreibung of the arms, chest, abdomen and lying back.
- Review of Adult Learning Process
- Review of RE Quality Criteria
- Difference between RE & RMT
- Difference of Sitting Back & Lying Back
- Lightness/Levity & Heaviness/Gravity
- Polarity of Arms & Legs
- Review Three-fold & RE - Four-fold & QC
- Applying QC in Other Areas of Life
- Therapeutic Substances
The learning process is experiential and imaginative, imparting a living knowledge of Rhythmical Einreibung that participants are able to readily integrate into their health care practices and life situations.
Pregnancy and some medical conditions are contraindications for receiving Rhythmical Einreibung in a practice setting; please notify the course coordinators if you are pregnant or have a medical condition.
A mentoring process is available to those who wish to complete the Foundation Course.
Costs of the course: $595 for early registration ($570 with NAANA Membership discount of $25); $695 for registration after August 1st, 2019.
Suggested dates for cancellation:
- Full refund, less $50 admin fee: receive before August 1st2019.
- 50% refund: receive before August 15th , 2019.
- After August 15th2019 not eligible for refund. Other person may be substituted for $50 admin fee.
Teacher: Anke Smeele RN, HN-BC, ANS, RET is a Specialist in Anthroposophic Nursing and Rhythmical Einreibungen. She makes RE methods from Edelgard Grosse-Brauchman and Anette Beiswenger/Eva-Marie Batschko the foundation of her teaching. She teaches both Foundation and Specialist RE/RES Level courses, is teaching in the AN/ANS program at the IPMT in Spring Valley, NJ, and mentors students in these programs. Anke is founding Board Member for the Anthroposophic Nursing Association (NAANA), and chair for NAANA’s Education Committee.
